What is your training mileage a week? How much is spent in zone 2?

5-15km, no specific plan. Lots of nordic skiing in winter, lots of trail running in summer. First two km were in zone 2, afterwards mainly zone 5. Details below:

If you only run 5-15 a week is not enough. For a sub40 10k I would suggest at least 40/50 km a week. And you should train at minimum 60% of the time in zone2
