The temperature is low (5C / 41 F) and I'm starting to suffer from freezing hands (even with the gloves). When it's this cold, the veins in your wrist tend to tighten and the capillary profusion used by the sensor in the watch start to not be enough for reliable measurements. If you see strange reading of your bpm, there are 2 things you can do to mitigate the issue: - try to keep the wrist warm (gloves and long sleeves) - tighten the watch strap hope this helps

That’s very helpful. Today it was 7 degrees here while I was running. Sunday was 4. I’m still getting used to run with two layers of cloths. But haven’t used gloves yet. Today I covered my ears though bc it was windy.

I suffer cold only on my hands. I never use anything above the neck for example.

For me the neck is the worse. And my ears when it is windy. But my head gets really hot and sweaty - so I don’t like to cover the head. 😅 Today I tried to cover only the ears and it kind of worked. When it gets closer to zero or below, I’ll use gloves. 😬
