No rawdogging for me ser. I've been on this MRM nutrition preworkout for a while. I get it at Sprouts for a good deal.

Energy is great, it's more of a clean and smoothly stimulating/ "I'm excited to get a great workout in" as opposed to the tweaky scratchy coked out feeling of other pre's.
If you take it on a slightly empty stomach you'll still get some tingles throughout the body but this one feels much more clean and natural to me.
