but to answer your question - i try to keep up with the big picture stuff and will read a paper every now and again but i am a shell of my former self

i'm lazy - i'd just call up friends who are still in the biz and ask them questions

it entirely depends on how much math you know / want to know.

you can only get so far without advanced math.

so if you want to do it with math then you have to crunch through textbooks and online lectures etc

if no math - there’s awesome layman level content on YT to have a general gist of things
