I don't think it's a way to approach problem solving. It's merely stating a goal, an objective, not laying out a path or method for this objective. If you work or believe in Blockchain technology, increasing the amount of people using blockchain should be an end goal, don't you think? Otherwise, why are you even building in that space?

I think you just proved my point. Ideology is selfish. Problem-solving is selfless. Believing in the technology is totally reasonable and necessary. But the idea of "bringing people onchain" is as silly as "bringing people onto the cloud". You still have to provide a compelling why.
