What are your biggest complaints about Warpcast Rewards? We're planning to increase the reward pool soon and improve the algo shortly

The follower to engagement ratio is supposed to protect smaller accounts but it’s screwing over any accounts that accrued bot or now-inactive following over time One-hit bangers should totally be rewarded but consistency matters more in the long run. Sporadically active accounts should not be eligible for the top rewards even for bangers. Small/new accounts should be able to get rewards/discoverability without preexisting relationships with popular accounts. That said, I hate to say it, but new accounts should be getting rewards for showing up consistently but shouldn’t qualify for the top tiers, at least not right away. As in, there should be some kind of “probation period”. Will allow users actually interested in the ecosystem to put in some work and gain following naturally while sharing a little bit of the community reward pie. As in, if you start at X but put in the work, and your presence is meaningful, you’ll go to 1000X Proof of work

"Proof of work" --- i dig it i think counterculture was a good retention experiment and as a doorway to royal's discord even more so.

I would add that accounts that are not from individuals, like project / product accounts should not be part of the rewards.
