Would recommend buying a cheap starter set online or from Roger Dunn. Used will be more than fine. Get at least a wedge, couple irons, and a wood/driver. Recommend hitting range or getting a few lessons until you can consistently hit the ball straight. Might take a couple months of range, but don't get discouraged!

Oh nice, thanks for the rec - will get this set if I stick with this game A couple of months of range sounds daunting though - it’s extremely hard for me mentally to deal with slow progress but we shall see 200 $DEGEN
