What are your thoughts on talking/interviewing someone like Putin? I think @vitalik.eth makes a very compelling point in his most recent blog that even speaking to someone like him gives him legitimacy

Because Vitalik actually was in Ukraine  after the invasion, he saw how country lives and functions, what challenges it faces.
Giving a platform for the international criminal wanted for genocide is not a good platform, nobody will take it seriously and it won’t change anything except spread more hate.
