Do you think startups are risky? Or working for a BigCo during a downturn?

Startups are risky, working for startups is not ie: individual companies are likely to fail but with the speed that new startups emerge there's always another role if you're good at what you do

Having worked for both imo there's no better way to accelerate a career than working for a startup. Very possible to compress 15 years of big company experience into 5 with a startup

Well said. A startup career is an accelerator of experience opening opportunities that are not possible in big co. Also, individuals have a lot more impact on the final outcome
