curious how many people here are vegetarian / vegan how do you get the right macro nutrients & protein intake

I’m vegan. Enough protein for general health is easy, trying to maximize performance requires every meal being pretty protein focused. Tofu/tempeh/seitan, protein fortified milk and cereal, 1-2 scoops of protein powder most days. Nuts and legumes aren’t enough usually
