Lately it’s been taking me about 30 minutes into my workouts to feel at full strength Anyone have any suggestions beyond stretching a lot longer before workouts?

What do your warmups look like now? I personally don’t find stretching helpful at all, I do 5 mins of cardio and then a longer warmup under the bar. Also, pre workout nutrition makes a big difference, make sure you’re getting some carbs in
