210kg/462lb single on deadlift today 4 weeks into training and tracking diet consistently and I’m down 4lbs body weight + total is up over 100lbs This is probably +50lbs on my max from mid-sept. Still not close to an all time PR but confident I’ll be back there soon!

Damn nice. I loved deadlift. Maybe one of these days I bring back the strong lifts
