I was anti-tailwind for a long time in its early days until I _actually_ used it. I know CSS very well. Tailwind speeds things up. Frustrations emerge because engineering teams have too much process and many don’t allow custom CSS if you are using a framework. Flexibility > process.

I’m 4 years in to using tailwind daily at work and it’s still not as fast as plain CSS for me. Maybe a skill issue but I agree with this guy 🥲

For especially custom things, plain CSS is way faster for me too. For boilerplate like flex box, sizing, color, etc tailwind is faster for me
