i feel like i’m very good at remembering / sticking to lifting and climbing, and very bad at doing so with running. i want to get more into running (or some other cardio i suppose?)… any suggestions for building the habit?

I’m on week 6 of couch to 5k, I’ve always hated running but having a program laid out makes it much easier to stick to for me. That way missing a session has the consequence of getting behind schedule, instead of the default “I run 3x per week” but if you miss then nothing happens
