Do you - avoid LLMs entirely to protect your ability to think/reason - dip in/out of LLMs for specific tasks/projects - actively try to use LLMs in everything you do, because they're better and you're preparing for an AI future

combination of the three but first option feels extremely important LT and im probably underweight on that in terms of focus, too much ai prob leads to mental erosion
