if you are collecting to short-medium term flip art you will have a terrible time. just collect what you like that said, there are many other hotter narratives at this time but starting to nibble away at quality nfts when attention is at or near it's lowest doesn't feel like a bad idea

at some point, attention will flow back to quality art. art unironically has some of the best "token econ" in good times. incredibly reflexive with thin floors and limited supply with a small group determining pricing power

if you have the stomach for it and time horizon for these largely illiquid assets, it's an interesting period of time where you can accumulate meaningful ownership of art at reasonable prices

studying how a lot of quality art is being minted out very slowly. no botted mints, just collectors collecting absolute banger from brain drops "Memories of an Exhibition" is at just over 50% minted nfts are out of meta atm but keen to see how things age
