Are there any actually cool RWA projects or is it all more of the same stuffing blockchain where u don’t need it

Things like otoco.io are making digitizing entities and allowing on/offchain assets to be “housed” there. To me that’s some form of RWA despite the traditional prescription of the term. Could be wrong
