25 USDC for the first 15 people who tell me about their experiences with internal referral programs. -Was it self-service or had to contact another person/dept? -Was the process for making a referral clear? -Were you updated on the outcome? -Was the incentive communicated upfront? -What was the reward? -Etc @bountybot

Used several, but two most recent were: -Self service -Process was well documented upfront -Updated only if candidate progressed through and accepted offer -Incentive communicated upfront as part of process -$5k after 6 mos -For it to "count", employee had to refer candidate into system first, then candidate applied

-Self service no contact number was needed (the email would route to the candidate and they would fill it and submit it) -yes very clear on how it worked. Internal referral programs I've been a part of were usually self-service. The process for making a referral was clear, and sometimes I got updates on the outcome. The incentives were communicated upfront, and the rewards varied, like cash bonuses or gift cards.

In my experience: - Self-service via intranet. - Clear process. - Updated at key stages. - Incentive clear upfront. - $2.5k bonus after probation. - Must refer before candidate applies.

1/n Had referral policies both at 0x/Matcha and Phantom, as well as other tech jobs. Answering in order My bar for referrals: I need to have worked with them in the past (previous job / hackathon / side project) and need to want to work with them again. I never do "cold referrals" even if I was paid 1b $points 4 it

I have used several self-service internal referral programs. In my experience, the process is always clear once you find the relevant platform in the intranet, but in all cases I've had to ask someone in HR where to find that platform. Was definitely updated on the outcome. Incentive was communicated upfront.
