Are you looking for 1 template to do all that? Or are you open to a combo of multiple templates? 😃 Notion Certified Ambassador here. While I see valid reasons others advocate using Obsidian (I think they’re great!), Notion is still a great option for those that choose it for its unique abilities. Happy to help!

man i dont even know at this point. biggest worry is trying to not have something that'll look good at genesis but cost me more time maintaining. Sunsama that someone else recommended looks like the type of solution im looking for. im afraid of folders and sub pages so maybe multiple templates could work

If Sunsama is looking like the right solution, then I say go for it! I am an advocate of utilizing specific platforms for defined purposes. For instance, I use Notion for process-driven workflows, Sorted3 for quick to do lists, Scrintal for coding study & research notes, etc.

Pardon my delay! Yeah I understand. Notion does have pages & subpages — but it’s incredible when implemented in the right ways! And if you have AI enabled on the platform, you can use the new Q&A feature to literally query any of the information that you have added to the workspace, and it will resurface it for you
