Is it just me or is literally everyone on the job market right now?

Placed 100+ in crypto /jobs. Found the gaps, fixing them. 3x grant-backed founder building @interestedfyi to reshape onchain hiring. Ex @ConsenSysMesh.

Could even try to run a poll. I would be very curious to see what percent of Casters are looking for work in some capacity right now.

A lot of teams are traveling rn and this is the best way to get caught up in a 2 month interview process imho

Obviously a biased sample set but still interesting 

Could include:

- looking for full time work
- looking for contract / fractional work
- looking to hire someone full time
- looking to hire someone as a contractor / fractional

My theory is that many folks are both hiring and job looking.
