How does the 'Trending Users Rank' on https://farcaster.network/ work? Eigenvalue algorithm / PageRank algorithm? Is it possible to obtain the complete ranking list?

we’re working on an eigenvalue based ranking system for farcaster. Will launch soon. Work in progress here https://eigencaster.k3l.io/ Goal is - any dev can run their own recommendation algo.
