we’ve got a few people who would like grants from the higher party and some ETH and $H to give out any thoughts on how to decide who gets how much?

think someone should put forward a grants program proposal specifying total amount to be granted, min number of granteers and vesting mechanism (if any) can be lightweight then community members can give feedback on /higher. maybe vote through the Party or on here
