Richard Bartlett's concept of microsolidarity offers a practical framework for fostering a strong sense of belonging and unity within small communities. However, does this focus imply that DAOs struggle to coordinate large-scale collective actions? 🤔 https://youtu.be/6fpnW2r1vjU?si=hpWm_huPwZU5dZ5V

Been a long time fan of Richard’s thinking and practices I have to listent to this particular episode but I feel like the microsolidarity type of belonging is hard to scale beyond a small group. The type of belonging driven by shared ownership in DAOs feels looser and weaker even though it’s more scalable

In my observation, this is true, especially as it scales up.
