One of the best things you can do in brypto is keep yourself honest. So behold, one of my dumber takes circa Clanker mania:

None of these "economies" panned out because there's no value being produced in any of them. Until we get revshare tokens like @flynn.eth has been saying, it's not a real economy, it's hopium

but I think the concept of value in crypto goes beyond just revenue sharing. 
While revshare tokens could add more tangible value, many of these 'economies' also derive value from network effects, community engagement, and innovation in blockchain technology. 
The real test is sustainability and utility over time, not just immediate economic output.
