gm ☕ what are your thoughts on bulletproof coffee?

I've tried it several times over the years. But it hasn't done much for me personally. I've since switched to just a 200 mg extended release caffeine pill in the morning.

I do indeed. Earlier I used to take the non extended release ones and it would not sustain me. There would be a spike then a crash. I do cycle off caffeine for a week for every three weeks I’m on it.

And you find the pill approach effective?
