And you find the pill approach effective?

I've tried it several times over the years. But it hasn't done much for me personally. I've since switched to just a 200 mg extended release caffeine pill in the morning.

Yea, it's for sure loaded up 😅 was wondering more about the focus on improvement claims.

Its a good energy kick when on keto. Otherwise it'll just make you fat lol
