first day back after 3 months of parental leave tomorrow. somehow these sunday scaries are hittin a bit different hit me with your best tips for being a working parent to a < 1 y/o. fwiw, she’ll be in daycare during the day (but not when she’s sick, or when they’re closed in holiday 😅)

The people working at daycare probably do things differently from how you would do them because their goal is to care for all the kiddos. As long as you feel your child is safe and well cared for, let go of the particulars when you can.

haha, actually not super worried about daycare. we taught them how to feed her (primary concern), and they seemed to do well. i just don’t know how you stay on top of all the baby & housework with a full time job lol

That's good. In my experience, you don't stay on top, you just learn ruthless prioritization and to let the non-critical things go. 😄
