in general a cheddar guy, but after more than a decade in france i will grab comté or mimolette from a counter like this

not sure if they have a keen taste yet as their non french parents aren't exposing them to cheese "normally"

but they certainly do appreciate a brie or camembert much more than i do (what they go for when given a choice, while their savage father still prefers kraft singles 😆)

Wow! I bet it tastes better in France compared to when you have to import it over to the US. Have your kid(s) developed a keen taste for cheese since (I'm guessing) they've grown up there?
