dry brine sounds ideal for turkey. I always do water brine. Did anyone do a dry brine this year would love to hear more about your trials with such preparations.

always thought turkey was dry and meant to be eaten with gravy because my father would just raw dog it, only basting it periodically with the grease when i was a kid but since switching to a dry brine when i started cooking my own, it's been night and day! 😂

lol yes i know that turkey, I grew up eating a similar one myself. Looking fwd to trying the dry brine soon. glad it came out well!
