you can eat right away but the taste is very fresh, less fermented i personally prefer some fermentation, but certain dishes go nicer with freshness

You don't have to wait for it to ferment like pickles to eat it! I would like to compare before and after fermentation! Does it feel like a salad before fermentation?🤔

日本のぬか漬けみたいにタネが必要なら難しいのかなと思いました。 大量に作らないと出来ないイメージがあったので、小さい白菜1つとかで作れるならやってみたいです！
