she works in education and doesn't have much interest in crypto except when numba goes up having said that, i set her up with a wallet, some eth and even an ens back in 2018; at the least she's been a great hodler πŸ˜‚

Awesome my wife made her first transaction yesterday too! We did a launch event for /eepvers and she minted herself an eepmonkey. She’s always been a bit skeptical of the space but I think she really enjoyed the experience.

I, on the contrary, recommend crypto to my husband. However, my husband is not really interested in getting on board. This is because of the tax system in Japan, and if he gets a small profit, he will be taxed more than the profit if he does not do well. I feel that Japan is very behind the curve when it comes to understanding crypto. I can't say I understand it yet myself, but I can't see the problem until I actually have it in my hands. I have to learn to give the next generation the right knowledge.
