had "texas bbq" for lunch in /paris today, ama

quality was good imo, maybe a bit light on the sauce for US bbq but still great meat

a bit pricey for the portions though 😆

it actually tasted pretty decent (i wouldn't consider myself an authority on bbq however 😂)

really? i found it on the pricey side 😂

i actually enjoyed the wings because imo it's hard to get good "wing" style wings here in france and these turned out being the best i've had here

however, at >3 eur per wing, definitely not a place i'd be going to regularly for wings!

i actually did want to order coleslaw but my wife made me get these potatoes instead because she wanted to try 😭

not a bbq expert, but i found it to be expensive for the quantity

but quality was pretty good imo, brisket was moist and wings were crispy, which is how we like them
