was driving me a bit mad not having a watch (lost my garmin forerunner 245) so finally bought a replacement: coros pace 3

any strong opinions on coros vs garmin? so far i think i prefer the garmin watch UI/UX but the coros mobile app is a lot better

you're right, garmin connect doesn't suck, but it's just got way too much going on

so far i've found the coros app to be a lot simpler, meaning easier to read on a glance

have only ever owned a garmin fenix 6s. It was like 300USD when I got it, but the value has been worth it for sure

yea, was pretty bummed to see they no longer produce this model and the new comparable one is a lot more $$$

not interested in a general smart watch as the battery life is still way too short for me, ex. a single charge for this watch lasts ~1 week

I think Coros' app is much more intuitive. Garmin has a better UI, but the app’s functionality is also really important
