Huy Fong Foods, recently changed their formula to make more profit... They are NOT perfect or holy. In any good asian convenience store there are many brands and flavours of sriracha products, most of them absolutely fine! Try something new!

i've read about the controversy! unfortunately have not been able to find any bottles of the original farm's new version yet... and all the other versions i've had so far taste very different, do you have a favorite you recommend?

I usually stick to the one with the Rooster (Huy Fong) or the Goose on the bottle.. These are most authentic. but Lee Kum Kee (of which I'm a big fan of) also makes a fine sriracha.
