personally agree that acquihiring can be a positive outcome for startups

just thought the tone of the newsletter felt a bit spicy is all 😂

and all founders are 'beyond ecstatic' to join their new employees :) 

jokes aside, acquihires can end up in impressive salaries as you typically get some vesting on top of it. the downside is that you work for a corporation now and as a founder you might not stay there more than a year
