if you were starting a company tomorrow how would you initially vet your network to bring on the strongest team of 10?

Why must you choose your strongest team of 10 from your network if I may ask?🙃 Your network recommending for you I can understand though

unfortunately, you cant hire everyone quick math --> 10 full time salaries at $100K each is $1M annually. most early stage companies dont even have that as their total runway lean teams>

I see what you mean. Back to the question. I think you should reach out to the best people you know first, explain the vision to them, its very crucial they believe in the vision and buy the idea. If they dont or aren’t available they can recommend someone just as good as them. This might take time though.
