i’ve been going on daily walks again thanks to /thewalkingclub. it’s really been helping to keep me mentally clear! on Wednesday, i put it off and it was such a long day that i didn’t get to it. i noticed a big difference when i was trying to wind down for bed.

ahh thats so good!! i need to check that out i always walk listening to music but lately ive been trying to be ok with just being present. for you, what is it about walking that makes the difference with your mental clarity?

definitely check it out great question, i think it just gets the blood flowing in a way that’s unique to walking! maybe the ease of not needing to think too much allows more space for clarity?
