A friend DM’d me from her X account today. 

Luckily, I saw in a mutual discord that her X account had been hacked. 

If I hadn’t seen her warning, I may not have realized it was a scammer in my DMs instead of my friend.

The level of vigilant we need to be in this space is exhausting. 

Gonna play along and see how this scammer’s game works.
