i want to nail the perfect sleep routine for when i start training again in november here is what im thinking so far β†’ comfy bedding / pillows (any excuse to buy fresh bedding lol) β†’ dark room/eye mask + ear plugs β†’ magnesium before bed β†’ no phone 1 hour before sleeping β†’ electronics out of the room is there any other suggestions/findings you recommend?
