It is a kind of green tea. It is a finely ground green tea powder made from specially grown and processed tea leaves. You can drink it like tea with water. But they are also very good when prepared with milk (or vegetable milk) as a latte. I like a lot with oat milk or almond milk. In summer cold matcha latte is very refreshing. In winter, I drink it hot.
