Yes this morning! After a week long onsite in NYC for the receipts team, I woke up exhausted. Forced myself to run even though I didnβt want to, and BAM had so much energy. Crazy how counterintuitive that is but happens everytime

thanks for sharing Henry! do you have any tips for anyone reading of how to push through those moments when you don't feel like moving? the energy boost from exercise is sooo good and somehow even better when you dont initally feel like it!!

Good question! Potentially just think about the end state instead of initial. You'll feel and perform better after, so lean into that!
