i want to nail the perfect sleep routine for when i start training again in november here is what im thinking so far → comfy bedding / pillows (any excuse to buy fresh bedding lol) → dark room/eye mask + ear plugs → magnesium before bed → no phone 1 hour before sleeping → electronics out of the room is there any other suggestions/findings you recommend?

Breathing and mind clearing (meditation) to keep that mind from racing about stuff that doesn't allow you to sleep.

Breathing is hugely underrated outside of performance/gym stuff. So I though it makes sense to find a breathing pattern that relaxes you and keeps you focused on breath which is a basic form of meditation.
