do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

Buonasera ๐ฎ๐นโ Yes, my Mrs and I have been, for about a year now. She found some made of natural, fruit and veggies extracts. We take them in pills (lazy us), that have the dried "powder" in them. We feel great, and combine it with moving and eating reasonably. Is Multi-Vitamin, and also an Omega combo.

wow this is amazing! iโm currently on holiday in Cagliari I also lived in Italy for a few months in 2021, i found that my diet in italy was the best and i had very little inflammation. love hearing about your natural supplements! ๐๐พ

Oh, and, PS: There are various so-called Blue Zones around the world where researchers found interesting longevity and wellbeing centers. Reasons for it including food, but also moving a lot, social life, and others. Italy has some ๐ฎ๐น๐ https://time.com/5160475/blue-zones-healthy-long-lives/

Oh, this is lovely to read, Naomi ๐ฎ๐น๐ I confirm, and read rather often, that we are rather blessed here for food, genuineness, and we do indeed eat, for example leafy greens and other dark (polyphenols...) veggies. You must come visit and try parmigiana di melanzane, and friarielli ๐๐คโค๏ธ
