do you take vitamins? i try to get my vitamins from whole foods as much as i can but my current supplement rotation is: - magnesium (sleep) - vitamin d (live in the uk and get little sun) - vitamin c (immune system) - omega 3 (brain function) - probiotic drink (gut health) - turmeric (for joints) wby?

my fav topic lol but magnesium, vitamin d + k3 (helps with vit d absorption which my body sucks at), vitamin c and iron w. zinc +b12

omg i became so obsessed with it after getting an injury and needing to recover fast! that’s so interesting, i knew about the vitamin c + iron combo but didn’t know about k3 + d i got pretty vitamin d deficient last winter so that would have been helpful to know, thanks for sharing!!

If you take too much vid D without enough K it can draw calcium out of your bones. Very important to take both.

aha same! yeah the k3 stuff was new to me but recommended by a doc after taking vit d for a while but still deficient! hope it helps
