let me know what your heart rate is after completing this one! today’s warpcast workout is a 💥 HIIT blast 💥 structure: • 4 exercises • 3 rounds • work interval: 30 seconds per exercise • rest interval: 20 seconds between exercises • 1 minute rest between rounds exercises: 1. squat jumps 2. in and out mountain climber 3. high knees 4. side lunges take one minute of rest and repeat 3 times intensity level - high 🎶 Tom Misch - Disco Yes as always lmk if you have any questions!

thanks but it's so hard for beginner i think beginner can start with lower amount and more rest and after a few weeks can increase as we can

thanks for the feedback parsa! If you are a beginner I would recommend doing the workouts i post on wednesdays they are low impact and are easier! ☺️ i label most workouts with the intensity and this was was high
