I lived in Italy for four months for training

The quality of food is high and i also noticed that they didn’t sell over-the-counter pain medication at normal supermarkets but  supplements like cod liver oil, magnesium where you would usually find tablets 

 you would have to go to the pharmacy for those which kind of shows a difference in mindset towards wellness
