After a long day of teaching elementary students (specifically students in special education) and I feel frustrated I always enjoy a good full body strength class to reset my mind.

thanks for sharing, ahh i can imagine that teaching requires a whole of mental energy! what is it about your strength training classes which helps you the most? for me when i lift it's the clarity of mind. i have to focus when lifting so i cant think of other things. wby?

I also enjoy achieving mini goals within a workout that I set prior to have a sense of accomplishment whether that is a certain rep range when lifting or a certain output on a Peloton bike ride

I am similar. For me it’s like a form of meditation where my mind can be free to focus solely on the exercise movements and not on everything else going on in my life.
