day one of the 4 week thrive challenge complete ✅ the focus i picked was improving my hanging leg raises and i managed 5 today! i also smashed the step target, core workout and water intake goal yay! if you also want to take part and be added to the group chat you should join the hypersub its not too late! 🔥
