also there was two GB long distance runners on my flight and they were going to colorado springs for altitude training

they were like “ naomi!!! why are you on a flight to denver are you training here ??“ 

i dont think many triple jumpers altitude train 

i also didnt have enough time to fully explain and onboard them sorry
