By any chance do you do a lot of trampoline jumping? I heard it’s very effective to build muscle 3000 $FARTHER

I did alot of that in lockdown! and also when recovering from injury this year as its lower impact but strengthening! i have a mini trampoline which i use also thanks sm for the tip☺️
